Moon Lake, Alaska

 SWIMMING IN ALASKA
Snow and Ice on the water, 30 minutes from Moon Lake

As we continue our travels east, we camp for the night at Moon Lake State Park.   The temperature is 28 C. and the locals are all swimming.

`Quick, take the picture, so I can get of of this $%?&   cold  water.

I decide this is my only opportunity to swim in Alaska.  Quick before I change my mind, into the bathingsuit.  Since Tico was in need of a bath, he came with me.  Oh what a REFRESHING swim, but I felt great afterwards, when the blood returned to my limbs.
